I am a development professional, strategist, and founder with experience working across health systems, innovation, leadership development, and institutional strengthening. My work brings together public institutions, private sector actors, and development partners to design and implement solutions that respond to real challenges in communities. I am particularly interested in practical approaches that connect strategy, innovation, and implementation to create meaningful and sustainable impact.

Training & Coaching
I design and deliver training and capacity-building programmes focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and health-related initiatives. My approach is grounded in practical experience and aims to equip individuals and teams with skills they can apply in their work and communities.
Mentorship & Counselling
My focus in mentorship is to support individuals in identifying their potential, making informed decisions, and developing a sense of direction in their personal and professional journeys. I also engage in guidance that supports leadership development and responsible decision-making.
Consultancy
As a consultant, I work with organizations to strengthen strategy, programme design, and implementation. My work includes supporting the development of strategic plans, programme coordination and implementation, monitoring and evaluation systems, and institutional frameworks that guide performance and accountability.

Over the years, I have worked on initiatives in digital health, programme coordination, and capacity building, contributing to efforts that strengthen service delivery and expand access to essential systems. Through my work, I have engaged with local and international organizations, supporting programmes that focus on maternal and child health, digital health solutions, and broader development priorities.
How I work
I approach my work with a focus on collaboration, structure, and clarity. I believe that meaningful impact comes from bringing together the right people, aligning efforts, and maintaining a clear understanding of goals and context.
My experience working with government institutions, development partners, and community-level actors has shaped the way I engage with different stakeholders. I value practical solutions, open communication, and the ability to adapt approaches to fit the needs of each context.
Leadership & Board Roles
I am deeply invested in institutional strengthening and public service. Over the years, I have served in various governance and advisory capacities across Tanzania. My leadership includes appointments as a board member and chairperson at multiple institutions, including the Infrastructure Committee and School Board at Mapinga Secondary School and as Acting Chair at Shushila Government Secondary School. I have also held advisory roles in the Anglican Diocese of Dar es Salaam, contributing to both economic planning and information and communication strategies. In addition, I serve as a Board Member for the Youth Investors Association, supporting youth entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
In these governance roles, I provide strategic oversight, guide infrastructure planning, advise on resource mobilization, and advocate for inclusive education and youth empowerment. My leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and long-term impact.
