A Living Legacy
The brain behind the vision
I am the Founder and Executive Director of Holy Land Holdings, an impact-driven investment and training firm, and the then Co-Founder of ITIDO (Invention and Technical Ideas Development Organisation), where I’ve empowered over 500 women in entrepreneurship, self-leadership, and business development, and trained more than 100 university students through structured internships and industrial practical programs. These experiences equipped them with real-world skills, confidence, and professional readiness. I have also mentored 20 individuals in their career journeys and coached over 10 founders and CEOs toward visionary, resilient leadership.
Education & Learning Facilitation
At your service
I’m a certified Trainer of Trainers recognized by the Ministry of Health Tanzania and Uongozi Institute.
My professional foundation is rooted in education. I served as a secondary school teacher at Zanaki Secondary School (Ministry of Education), teaching History and Kiswahili from 2007 to 2012. My board leadership at Mapinga and Shushila schools further reflects my passion for holistic education reform and infrastructure development. I also served as:
Lecturer, World Harvest International Bible College – teaching leadership, ethics, and governance
Guest Lecturer, Salim Centre for Foreign Relations – on diplomacy, foreign policy, and the blue economy
Mentor & Curriculum Designer, ITIDO – supporting capacity building in rural schools
My training methodology focuses on:
Soft skills: assertive communication, negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence
Adult learning strategies that are participatory, practical, and context-sensitive
Empowerment programs tailored to women-led businesses and youth aged 18–35
Conflict resolution and values-based communication, especially in business and community settings
Whether in classrooms, workshops, or coaching spaces, I embed values of confidence, clarity, and peer-driven learning.
Leadership & Board Roles
I am deeply invested in institutional strengthening and public service. Over the years, I have served in various governance and advisory capacities across Tanzania. My leadership includes appointments as a board member and chairperson at multiple institutions, including the Infrastructure Committee and School Board at Mapinga Secondary School and as Acting Chair at Shushila Government Secondary School. I have also held advisory roles in the Anglican Diocese of Dar es Salaam, contributing to both economic planning and information and communication strategies. In addition, I serve as a Board Member for the Youth Investors Association, supporting youth entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
In these governance roles, I provide strategic oversight, guide infrastructure planning, advise on resource mobilization, and advocate for inclusive education and youth empowerment. My leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and long-term impact.
